The Parkside Renaissance

Loyola Northway is a restoration project that is being worked by Park Heights Renaissance. The current RFP consists of 11 homes and is a solicitation for a developer to rehab these homes and place them onto the market.

This RFP is critical in helping to continue the forward momentum of Park Heights and the various communities that represent the character and history of Charm City.
